Transparent compensation system

Teacher rates range from 60 to 100 PLN gross per hour of instruction (60 minutes) and depend on your experience, commitment and level of professional development. In addition, we offer advancement opportunities and a system of bonuses and benefits, with which we reward high quality work and contributions to the development of our students.

Choose Your Teaching Role

Depending on your skills and preferences, you can either choose to be the main English teacher for a group(s), a conversational English teacher, or a mix of both. A conversational English teacher visits various groups each week. The teacher’s aim is to create opportunities for students to practice their speaking skills. These lessons will allow students to engage with a native speaker and be exposed to authentic English at the same time.

Central Location in Zamość

Bacalarus is located in Zamość at 3 Jutrzenki St. Our building features 15 fully equipped classrooms, each with a computer, projector, whiteboard, and all the necessary teaching tools. During the summer, you can hold classes or relax between lessons in our lovely garden.

Teacher Comfort Comes First

You’ll also have access to a spacious teachers’ lounge, with two photocopiers, a library of offline materials, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily heat up food or brew delicious coffee in our coffee machine. Convenient on-site parking is also available.

By working with us, you can also work closer to home. We collaborate with numerous public schools and a kindergarten in the area. This allows us to offer our teachers the flexibility to work during the morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours.
